Hawk Gear

It's great to be a Hawkeye!  ESPECIALLY when you happen to find unique game day gear that isn't the same old thing everyone is wearing.  Well we thank-you over and over again for making our designs such an amazing success!!  XOXO's line of Hawk Apparel has flown off our racks from day one of debuting our signature looks.  Our new sweatshirts only lasted 4 days in store!  So in appreciation of everyone, we have listened to your requests and we are delivering!!  We just designed our first full sweat outfit.  Same great American Apparel Fashion with all the bling and spirit we could get on it.  Our sweats will be in store next Wednesday, but I will be posting preview design teasers this afternoon.

The Melodies of Marriage

Not only did this Bella Sala bride dance the night away at her July 2010 wedding reception, but she also entertained her guests by signing “Happy Together” while playing the ukulele!

Elegant Inspiration

This summer we have been so fortunate to help put on dozens of beautiful events at Bella Sala. It’s continuously inspiring to see the décor and themes of each wedding, but most exciting is to see the images of an event through the photographer’s artistic eye.

These gorgeous photos from Nick and Mallory’s wedding truly represent the meaning of a simple yet elegance affair. Not only was the bride effortlessly chic from head to toe, but the entire event made for beautiful photos which capture both the elegance and the romance of their big day.

Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After

This summer has been filled with wedded bliss here at Bella Sala as we’ve been busy putting on several events each week during the beautiful summer months. From the gown, to the ceremony, to the reception, and everything in between, we’ve all been hard at work to make the dreams of brides’ and their families’ come true. Although the day is always a mixture of excitement and stress, it all pays off to hear the happy couple get to “I do.”

One of the most fun elements of putting on the weddings is to see how each bride incorporates her on unique spin on the wedding day to reflect her own personal style. From colors, to décor, flowers and gowns, the fine details of each wedding always come together to represent the personality of the couple and their specific wedding vision.

Some of the hottest colors schemes we’ve seen for the summer are all about the bold and bright. Summer weddings are about choosing colors to reflect the season, which means brides’ can be free to venture into untraditional wedding colors such as neon orange, bright yellow, lime green, and bold blues. But whether you choose to go bold and bright, or keep it simple and chic, it’s important to remember that the colors and overall décor should be a reflection of the bride and groom’s style and taste.

Bridal Show Huge Success!

Thank-you to all of the girls who participated in our runway show for the Wedding Salon Bridal Show held at bella sala this weekend.  The Liz Field dresses were a hit!!!  Thank-you to all of the brides as well for coming, the show was amazing...we will definitely have another one next year!  To see some more pics from the show check out our XOXO facebook page!

UPDATE

Hello!!! So sorry it's been incredibly too long since our last post!  We are in the building and fully operational.  The boutique has been steadily busy since we opened our doors two weeks ago...thank-you to everyone for spreading the word so quickly, it's been amazing!  bella sala continues to book, we are securing dates for 2011 and have already booked June 2011 fully!  I've posted some great pics of the building, shop and runway show from our grand openings.  Stop by and see us!!
